PLAYER'S GUIDE

TRADING - Most of the activity that keeps a TCG running is trading. When you join, you need to make sure that you've set up a page where other traders can keep tabs on how to trade with you. Make sure to include a functioning email address (meaning one that you check regularly) for traders to be able to send you the cards you desire.

For trading, you need to make sure that a trader has the card you want and that you will be able to offer a card in return, preferrably a card that they also want to collect. Traders reserve the right to either accept the trade or reject it. If the first offer is rejected, don't feel discouraged! ^^ Offer a second card instead or look for another trader who may be more willing to trade. :)

In the event of a successful trade, please make sure to take down the card you offered and upload the one you received. It is also very important that you log your activity properly in a trade log because we make routinary checks on your logs to make sure nothing is out of place. Here is an example:

09.09.09: Traded with Maia - my oresama01 for her pinkspider06; Game: Puzzle - received endlessrain10, hello05 + 2 guitar picks (yellow, blue)

09.09.09: bought Arena37C (feb 2001) from shop with 10 pink guitar picks; bought X Japan - Silent Jealousy CD with 10 black guitar picks.

Please be concise with your logs and record all the cards you earned plus the merchandise. If you still need help, feel free to visit the other member pages to know how to set up a good trade log.

EARNING CARDS - The most exciting part of a TCG is when members earn cards for trading. The more cards they earn, the more trades they can make! Cards can be earned primarily through playing games on the site but here are a few more ways to earn additional cards:

Donations: Because we want a huge variety of decks and to keep our members interested in earning cards, we welcome donations from the members for deck images, button images for pimping the TCG or level badges to decorate member pages. Don't worry, because you won't go unrewarded. Read more HERE to learn how you can donate to the TCG.

Holidays/Birthdays: During special holidays, we make it a point to give out freebies for our members as well as during their birthdays. On the month of your birthday, just fill out the BIRTHDAY FORM and you will get 2 normal or pv cards of choice or 1 special card of choice and 1 pair of drum sticks.

Leveling Up: Once you accomplish the requirements for leveling up (read more about LEVELS), you will get 2 random cards, 1 yellow guitar pick and 1 pink guitar pick. At level 10, you'll get a pair of drum sticks instead of guitar picks.

Mastering: Mastering a deck will earn you a badge, 2 choice normal or pv cards, 3 random normal cards and 1 black guitar pick.

Referrals: We love it when we see our member list growing, so when you're listed as a referrer, you'll get 1 random normal card, 1 pv card and 1 blue guitar pick as reward. ^^

MASTERING - Once you master a deck, you'll need to inform us! Fill out the MASTERY FORM in order to receive your master badge and prizes. For every mastery, you get 2 choice normal or pv cards, 3 random normal cards and 1 black guitar pick plus your mastery badge. Credit for the badge ideas go to Lily of 5x5 and Aku of Countdown. :D

NORMAL DECKS: First masteries are different from normal masteries as the master badges have a different image and different text. For example, if you're the first person to master the Miyavi deck, you get to choose your favorite Miyavi image for your badge. Masteries to follow after that will have the same image and will be labeled accordingly. Here's an example below:

(Please note that the first master custom badge shown here is just an example. XD)

PV DECKS: The mastery badges for PV decks have the same image chosen from the PV itself. The only difference would be the text to indicate who mastered the deck first. Here's an example below:

SPECIAL DECKS: Special decks have no numbered masteries. Each master badge will be customized with your favorite image out of the deck and the text will be as follows:
