Forms...forms...forms...they can be tedious to fill out, but in this TCG, we need them to be able to earn more cards. ;D If you've recently mastered a deck, leveled up or you want to trade your currency, you'll need to fill these forms out. Please make sure that you've filled out all the fields correctly or we won't be able to send you your prizes/exchange your cards. If the forms aren't working correctly, please e-mail us with the necessary info!

MASTERY

Once you've mastered a deck, don't forget to fill out this form so we can send out your prizes. We allow multiple masteries and you can choose a card to master another deck, but please wait until after you receive the prizes for your first form before sending in a new one. :) If you're the first master of a normal deck or if you've mastered a special deck, please include the url to the image you want on your master badge.
